You Won't See Me
Mar. 20th, 2009 08:21 amLike everyone else, I've just been playing with Google Street View. Somewhat to my relief, my road and house are elusive, too rural. On the other hand, with a little more mouse skill I could probably watch my daughter going to work in the mornings.
Edit Not possible, I learn! I hope the day doesn't come when it is.
Who feels spied upon?

However, a burglar was caught courtesy of Street View in Australia, and also there was one case of a guy seeing his wife kissing her boyfriend outside the house when the car came round. So that's amusing. And we were looking at a house advertised in a real estate brochure recently and got to see what it looked like just a few months ago ... cosmetic job to sell, or what? Most useful. We didn't bother going to look at it!
