What a beautiful morning

When I looked out this morning I saw a Japanese landscape: the valley full of mist with trees, houses and hills rising from it. Frosty as it was, I headed early for the market, which was bustling in spite of the cold. No good for books today but I bought some 1950s & '60s issues of Woman's Weekly for a good nostalgic read this evening. I returned home with numb legs and fingers but plus these gorgeous tulips.
