Nightmare/Daymare

Did anyone else have a terrible night and feel like s**t this morning? I ask because it was a full moon and I'm wondering if there's a connection.

I woke up a few times but slept well in between the awake times. I don't feel good in the morning at the best of times but I feel positively wretched if I don't sleep well. Hope tonight is better for you! x

I went to bed very late (3-ish) and had trouble falling asleep, so I didn't exactly feel bright-eyed and bushy-tailed when I woke up this morning.

Eek! I have no trouble (usually) going to sleep; it's staying asleep that is the problem.
