I’m sorry to be so boring with my complaints about Tesco but it helps me to get my moans off my chest. I regularly have a delivery on Tuesdays. Tesco introduced a system of four week booking for delivery saver customers, which meant that the next slot I wanted would be released on a Wednesday and not before. It’s a pain having to book four weeks in advance but at least the system worked. This morning, I signed in to book as usual, only to find that all slots up to Christmas have been released and I could only get a Sunday slot. I would mind this less if they had announced that all slots would be open, so that I could have booked much earlier. Yet again, they have heard from me and I did not mince my words.

Oh, what a pita for you and not boring at all that you are complaining. It's a stress no one wants. I had a look at ours and I think it's the same - plenty of slots every week until (and including) Sunday 20th December and then nothing until the 28th December. That's utterly ridiculous when we are still in the middle of November. I'm still not understanding how I managed to book the 23rd December a few days ago. I've never understood their reasoning behind when they release slots. *Hugs*

It is such a nuisance when they change their system without warning! It is disrespectful towards their customers.
