Work in progress, day two

Exciting stuff. Before eight this morning a huge lorry arrived, blocking the whole road, and the grabber took away yesterday’s spoil heap.

Progress seems good but I was told originally, 'by Friday we should be nearly there.' Aargh!
I'm uncomfortable having my car parked on a neighbour's drive all this time. Very nice of him to allow it but I feel a nuisance.

I empathise with feeling a nuisance as I would feel the same even though I'd know the neighbours understand that it takes as long as it takes and don't mind. x
