They had a funnier joke a while ago. Publishers bringing out 'Middlemarch by Mary Ann Evans' with the comment, 'Nobody reads books by men any more.'

I don't think that I do it intentionally, but I hardly ever read books by male authors anymore, unless it's in the supernatural fiction genre.
