callmemadamHah, the posts everyone likes because it means looking at other people’s stuff. It was very busy down there this morning; also very cold. No fantastic bargains but I did get more than usual.
Sanctuary Body Lotion (which I love) and an M&S gift set, £1.50
Books 90p. I must cure myself of buying girlsown books I don’t need just because they’re only 20p each and you hardly ever see them.
Useful crafting things, £3.00 the lot and some of it new.
Sorry about the blurry pic. I buy these vintage cards, if they’re cheap enough, so that I can make my own images for card making. I love the one on top.
That Monty Don must be off his rocker (or living in a bubble?), telling us yesterday on Gardeners’ World how wonderful Easter gardening is. I was rather hoping for a gardening weekend but so far: it rained all day Thursday and Friday, while today it’s so dark I needed lights on driving back from the market at nine o’clock and there’s a bitterly cold wind. Just as well I have plenty to do indoors. Plus, the house smells sweetly of the tazetta daffodils I bought in Waitrose the other day
and tomorrow I can eat chocolate.

It was glorious here on Thursday but now it's incredibly dull.
