Good guide. I use AbeBooks from time to time, the last time being when I got a paperback version of 'Passchendale - The Day-By-Day Account' for a brilliant price under £10. They are usually as rare as hen's teeth and expensive and hardbacks are usually well over £100.

It can be useful to have a wants list with Abe as sometimes the most surprising bargains come up. Unfortunately, someone usually beats me to them.

Someone I know on a WW1 forum watches Abe and alerted me to the book as soon as it appear. I was lucky :)
