Wonderful to look through. There are some PG Wodehouse characters in the humans, don't you think?

Glad you like! Considering how long people (and dogs) had to sit still for the camera in those days, the expressions are wonderful. That clergyman looking at his dog in a tree is definitely Wodehouse, I think.

I love that one, and the Leyton vicar's dog!

So many terriers!

The terriers are so cute! They must have been a very fashionable breed.

I really enjoyed them! I'm really a cat (and chicken) person but I do miss my little dog.

Oh good! I would quite like a little dog. Daren't have a cat again because of the road.

Adorable dogs (for the most part), and wonderful photos!

So many terriers, and not a single labrador or retriever in sight! Funny that dog breeds are so affected by fashion.

I take it Hamish is not lively enough for you?
