Am I the last person to discover Donut Nectarines?
I saw them for the first time at the market yesterday. They were highly recommended by another customer so I bought some and they really are delicious.
Oddly enough, I ran into them for the first time yesterday at a market myself. Do they taste different to the usual nectarines? I didn't pick any up but I will have to if I see them again because I am quite intrigued!
If they are firmer, less sweet and less drippy, might they just be less ripe? I have seen them on sale, but dismissed them as a marketing gimmick so I've never actually tried one.
