Not very pleased with...

...Angel Yarns. I ordered something from them, paying from funds in my Paypal account. A couple of days later, they said the item was out of stock and would be despatched when available. A few days after that, I was told they would not restock with this item. I said I would have a refund. They said my card would be refunded 'at the end of the week' (five days). I pointed out that the money was not taken off my card but had no reply. I still have not been notified that there has been a refund. So someone somewhere has had my money for two weeks while I've got nothing.
