I’m sorry to be so boring with my complaints about Tesco but it helps me to get my moans off my chest. I regularly have a delivery on Tuesdays. Tesco introduced a system of four week booking for delivery saver customers, which meant that the next slot I wanted would be released on a Wednesday and not before. It’s a pain having to book four weeks in advance but at least the system worked. This morning, I signed in to book as usual, only to find that all slots up to Christmas have been released and I could only get a Sunday slot. I would mind this less if they had announced that all slots would be open, so that I could have booked much earlier. Yet again, they have heard from me and I did not mince my words.
