Today I've been visiting the woodland burial ground and I'd like to recommend green burial.

Andrew and I are down for a green burial at Ketton; Mum and Dad for a green burial somewhere near Bath (I have forgotten). Dad is particularly keen to have a wicker coffin which is a nice idea.

Good for you; I've booked my plot, too! A willow coffin with wild flowers woven into it is nice.

As for doing anything else, I was sitting having a think and listening to music when the estate agent rang, wanting to come and take better pictures of the house. A timely reminder that life goes on. I'm shattered, actually. Wimbledon beckons.

Willow with flowers sounds beautiful. Mum and I had wondered about cardboard with paintings on the side, but I'm erring towards something more cradle like as time goes on.

He was a great character, wasn't he? I didn't watch up until the point of his send off (I may have been too upset) but I'm very glad he made such a great choice.
