Treating myself

A couple of days ago I felt the need to read real, new books; I wanted to see a pile waiting for me. So I had an online splurge and got the books yesterday. The parcel was not easy to find as the delivery person had cunningly hidden it between my bins, instead of leaving it in the porch as requested (and as everyone else manages to do). I’ve started One, Two, Three, Four and it is *brilliant*. That Will Be England Gone is about cricket.
