I know you like this series and on the face of it I should have too, but I tried the first one and got through part of the 2nd one but it just wasn't doing anything for me. The 99p deals are really good, though.

What a shame. I'm not the only one loving these books. We can't all like the same things; I am not part of the Hilary Mantel fan club, for example.

I haven't read anything by Hilary Mantel although she does appear popular to some:)
