callmemadamGoodness, this is more posts in one day than I usually manage in a week. I am absolutely furious to have received just now an email from Amazon telling me I can get goods in time for Christmas by ordering before the 19th. I STILL haven't got the order which was allegedly despatched to me on the 8th! That's two very angry messages they've had from me today.
